This relay seems to be quite versatile and well made. I needed to delay the AC compressor on my heat pump while the fan ran for a short time. Most of the 24V delays I found were for DC circuits. Since most thermostats operate on 24V AC current this relay worked perfectly. The large range of delay time also allowed me to adjust the time to what worked best.
