Excellent!I’ve had the Magic Mill over a year and use it consistently to dry all my garden harvest. I especially like the “keep warm”, function. It allows the machine to keep running at 95 degrees after the set time runs out. The 7 trays capacity is beneficial also. I liked the Magic Mill machine so well that I purchased a second one so that I would be able to dehydrate more food during the harvest season.I have a 3rd dehydrator which is NOT a Magic Mill and it does not have the “keep warm” function. So I have to monitor it more closely to make sure I’m available to remove the food when the timer ends, which is inconvenient.
