Not all the lights worked after a short time. Contacted seller and they shipped another one to me the next day. Great customer service. If you have stomach issues or get bad cramps then this is a must have for you. It instantly takes away any pain you feel. It's very easy to use and only requires a plug and your ready to go. Amazing price and worth investing in if you get bad cramps like I use to before this but since I got this everytime I hurt I use this and I feel better after just 15 minutes of useIt seems to work well. I’ve seen subtle results for skin tightening. I do feel a bit firmer. However, be careful with the heat or how you use it. I used on my thighs sitting, I got 2 ugly blisters. Perhaps sitting isn’t the best but laying down it’s been good.I have hesitated to get something like this for a long time. As usually, the hard part is not to get one, but to insist on using it. If there is a lot of steps to get ready before using it, it will just end up being one additional unused piece at home. For this one, it doesn’t have that kind of problem. It is lightweight, and size is easily adjustable with the elastic band. I can use it on my lumbar area, thighs, calf etc. The lights are not too bright to make you uncomfortable when you look at it, which is a pretty good thing and safe as well. When it is on, the warm sensation also soothes the pain I have in my knees. I have been using it for about a week now, so far I would say it is a good purchase overall.Red light therapy are you looking to loss a few pounds but can’t get the weight off this is a must try I have been using it for a few weeks and I have notice a different in my weightI like this product a lot . I used it when I am working ~ help back pain relieve . That is awesome product . Also , I put the red light mat to cover my front , my shoulder , my neck , sometime . It help a lot of my mussels pain too. That is a great tool for me to keep healthyI use this red and infrared light therapy belt for back pain relief. My back felt warm when I wrapped it around with the leash and the pain went away. It's easy to use with a portable power bank or an adapter that connects to the wall.It seems to be well made , as opposed to one I bought 2 months ago from china and it broke within a month. This belt is well designed. Too bad it’s not charge and go so I need to plugged to pc or electrical outlet to use it. Otherwise good product.Pploong Infrared Red Light Therapy BeltI’m fairly sceptical about new age “woo-woo” therapies. Homeopathic medicine? Snake oil for gullible people. Acupuncture? You can get similar results from someone simply jabbing the needles into random locations. And don’t get me started on Reiki.I’d heard about “Near-Infrared” or “Red Light Therapy (RLT)” some time ago and felt it was a questionable treatment. If you check reputable medical websites, they will say things like “…*may* have the following benefits…” Which means there is insufficient scientific evidence to say anything for certain.I’ve recently been identified with stage 4 arthritis in one knee and undergone surgery, received a couple of $400 injections to eliminate pain for a couple of months, and I apply an anti-inflammatory/pain relief ointment once or twice a day (depending on how long it’s been since the last injection). So I thought I’d give this a try. So, for the sake of science, I stopped applying the ointment a day before I started using the RLT belt.A couple of days before I got the belt, I also started waking up with a sore shoulder. Tendonitis maybe? It was sore enough to cause me to moan when I rolled over in bed.I started with treatment on my knee and then on my shoulder. After a couple of days, I actually felt improvement. The shoulder pain went away after a few days. After stopping on the shoulder for a couple of days, it came back. So I used it a couple more times, and it’s gone again. It’s been over a week since I stopped applying ointment to my knee, and I’ve only felt the need to use the ointment once after a long walk caused some pain. The belt is sometimes a bit awkward to fasten to certain areas. For my shoulder, I angle it across my body like a shoulder strap. For my knee, I have to kind of spiral it up my leg so I don’t block the LEDs. Plus you have to avoid eye exposure, so that adds to the contortions to get it in place where it won’t shine in your eyes. The guidebook includes a chart for various conditions and how long and often to use the belt. For arthritis they recommend 8 mins/day, 7 times per week. The built-in timer only goes up by 5 minute increments, so I use 10 minutes. There are 4 intensity levels, but no explanation as to why to use different levels, so I use the highest. They recommend downloading a book, but not enough information is provided to identify the book from the dozens that come up in a search using the title provided.I still think there a some specious claims, but there’s no real downside to trying. They say you can use it to lose weight IF you combine it with exercise and a healthy diet. Hmmm. I also wonder where I would apply the belt to treat “Immune Health”, “Fertility”, or “Sex Glands”.I will continue to use the RLT belt where it seems likely to do some good. And for the other things with “… limited-to-no evidence…” on effectiveness, there seems to be no harm in trying. Who knows, maybe I can regrow some hair on my head.I'm not too sure about the weight-loss claims, but I do really like this therapy belt for the warmth and comfort it provides. It has velcro ends so you can tighten it as much as needed, the belt circumference goes from 8"-43" when properly done up however there are velcro extensions easily found on Amazon should if you require them.I've been using this regularly for tummy pains, and arthritic joint pains and have turned it around and used it for back pain and it provides a good amount of warmth - I find it provides a MUCH better thermal experience than the heating pad does. This can be used either via USB, with a power bank, or plugged into your outlet - however, I have only ever used it plugged into an outlet. It has 5 brightness adjust levels( L0-L4), the brighter it is, the hotter it gets - it also has a time setting function (5/10/15/20/25/30mins) so you can fall asleep enjoying this without worry.I do really like this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a heating pad alternative. This product is attentively designed, executed flawlessly, and comes in a beautiful package. The Infrared + red light is a well known therapy method offered by Spas and beauty Salons. The amazing effects of the 2 wavelengths combination have been studied for many years and benefits are well documented in the literature. It provides relaxation, pain relive, and weight loss. That is why I am so happy to have this convenient, easy to use, and comfortable belt that comes at an affordable price, too. I am using it daily, while working at my computer. Helps me to relax & lose weight and maintain my waist line; occasionally I use it for muscle pain relieve (after an intense gym session) - and I have to say: it works great! The belt is highly adjustable, the material is of high quality, and all accessories are provided so that I can enjoy using it at home, or when I travel. Before using the belt I washed it to get rid of the production odor. I love it, and I find in this product a great value: it will help me save time and money by having the therapy done safely at home as opposed to going to a Beauty Salon.Highly recommended and thank you for this beautiful & useful product. This review is for Infrared Red Light Therapy Belt Device for Body Pain Waist, Wearable Device Deep Therapy wrap with Timer for Back Shoulder Waist Neck Pad, $136.99In one of the Amazon product pictures, it says, just 30 minutes a day, this product can help you burn 300-600 calories, equivalent to running for 30 mins, swimming for 15 mins, biking for 20 mins & Yoga for 20 mins, which sounds amazing. I've been using it for about a week now but haven't seen any results yet. I contacted the saller and saller made it clear that "Our red light belt is mostly for pain relief, weight loss requires a combination of exercise and diet is a long term process."On the other hand, I think it does a very good job on pain relief. I had shoulder and wrist pain all of a sudden two days ago. I used it for 10 minutes and it got much better the next day.Other tips:- it's better to use it over bare skin; it's only slightly warm and won't burn your skin if you use it 20-30 minutes at a time- it's very bright and don't look at it directly
