Assuming it lasts for years to come, it's a great deal for around $5!Traditional (especially mechanical) hour meters, such as on machinery and in aircraft, display hours and tenths of hours, but this meter indicates hours and minutes. That works in my application, but be aware of the difference.It also has a small dot that blinks once per second, which is a handy indicator to show that it's powered up. When the meter is not powered up, the display stops counting obviously, but remains visible.
