UPDATED REVIEW:The seller contacted me after seeing my original review and sent a replacement. I am grateful for the great customer service. The replacement seems to be working well! It is still a pretty cheap/lightweight product, but you can't beat the price! It is a great value and a great alternative to the expensive options like Hatch.Original review (2/5 stars):It stopped working after a month and I can't figure out how to contact the seller about sending a replacement. The cord also was broken from the first time we opened the box but that we just used another spare cord we had laying around (same as phone charger).I loved this product before it stopped working. It was easy to use and my toddler caught on quickly to what was expected of him based on the color. He caught on so well that when he woke up in the morning the day it stopped working and no light was on he was just calling for me from his bed because he wasn't sure whether he could get out of bed yet or not. I am sooo sad it's not working. I really don't want to spend money on a replacement or pay a lot of money for an expensive alternative.
