Recommended!Sorry, could not figure it out. Its going in the trash.So badMy kids keep breaking my timers so I picked this up for them to use. I won't go back to the more expensive options.This is lightweight but still has a sturdy build and already has been dropped without breaking. The magnets on the back are strong and enough to hold it on the fridge without falling. Operation is simple and you can do a count down or count up. The display is large enough to be easily seen and read.The time limitation is 99 minutes so if you need a matter of hours this won't meet your needs, but it works perfectly for us.Item works as described, can't complain. A couple of things I've experienced that I think could have been better.1. I had a battery not charging issue with this. After taking the barrier out I could not turn it on and had to use the screwdriver to open, reposition and close again.2. You have to turn all the way to whatever amount of time you want. For me to turn to 15 mins I had to make at least 5 circles or more. If you are timing more than an hour, expect yourself to spend plenty time turning the dial.3. There's no other function other than the timer function.This timer does turn off automatically when not in use for more than one minute or so which is a great feature that I love. I do think it's a great timer for kids (who have more patience and time) for homeschool.Easy to read and work as describe. Helping me to count down the time for my baby foods.
