You will need to search for "ZN48" on the web in order to find a manual in english. The one in the box is not. But once found, it is easy to program and works really well. Other time off delay timers turn on when first powered, then delay from there. This one does not. You have to trigger it with a jump between two contacts, ideal for an external push button operation. Overall, it works well... longevity is yet to be determined.
