A good friend of mine put me on to this towel warmer, I didn't even know it was a thing! I am in love with this. I put my towels and my fuzzy socks in before my shower and come out and they're nice and toasty for me. Thats everything after a long hard day at work. It has hooks for smaller items. I love the design of it, not too big so it doesn't look tacky no matter where I put it. It fits beautifully in the corner of my bathroom. I love that it has a automatic timer on it which is awesome. Love the scent feature also that's a huge plus. I have already told a few of my friends about it that were in the dark like me, so I am sure that they are checking it out right now also. Absolutely worth every penny.This is just what I wanted after stepping out of the jacuzzi on cool nights. It rocks! I put 2 large beach towels inside and set the timer for 20 minutes, and they come out incredibly warm and soft. This unit is very user-friendly. I can definitely recommend this to you.This is my fourth towel warmer and the best by far.Gets towel hot in 15 20 minutes.Easy to program.Includes hooks for smaller items to hang higher so you don't have to reach down into unit.Programmable delay timer but have not used this feature.More spacious than any of my other towel warmers.Hope it lasts S most have life span of 1 1/2-2 years.I picked this product because of the timer function, which works very well. Overall, it gets my towel nice and warm -- the towel almost seems like it is "thirsty."It takes about six minutes to warm the towel that is closest to sides, and then another six minutes or so to warm the entire towel. The few times I've left it in for longer than 20 minutes, my towel seemed almost "toasted," which didn't seem like a good idea long term.I bought some essential oils and applied a few drops to a small cotton makeup pad, which can be inserted into a top holder. Now my towels can smell really nice when I take them out!The cord is about three feet long, which means that you may need a grounded outlet fairly close to your bath/shower.I strongly recommend reading the manual before use.Warms up the towel. If there is any moisture in the fabric, the towel will feel really damp and steamy. Placing clothing in with the towel makes the clothing damp as well. There is a sent container but no scent disks came with it.We placed 2 large, fluffy towels in right before our shower and they were both toasty in just 10 minutes. By boyfriend doesn’t like to shower anywhere except home now!After trying other towel buckets and reading to the reviews and articles, I decided to give this product a try. It surprised me. The towels remain hot a long time when I take them out. Small towels do last longer. There’s light enough to be moved around. My bathroom is small but the warmer fits in perfectly. I plan to buy another one for my grandma.For the pricing, this looks very cheap. The minimal time is 20 mins to heat. I placed a towel in, and in about 10 minutes it was quite warm. Hopefully this lasts. Contemplating returning it. It's just ok...
