Received this item in a soft envelope with no bubble wrap to protect it. Its stem was sticking out through the envelope. It should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box. I installed it and now my washing machine won't turn on. I reinstalled the original timer and can run my washer, but need to turn the timer a little to get it to complete the rinse cycle. I will buy a timer from a different vendor.
