It’s a bit smaller than the picture shows but it’s waterproof. It has a timer feature so you can time brushing your teeth or taking a shower.I went to set the timer and it it went blank and started buzzing. tried replacing the batteries, hitting reset button. nothing worked. lasted about 9 months.. had to throw it out.I really like it. The numbers are big, the setup it's pretty easy. I give 4 starts instead of 5 because the lack of a backlight. a white or tenue blue/amber backlight will be amazing for this device. My sons use this in the shower to keep track of how long they are in there. It has held up well so far. The numbers are nice and large too, so we could put it across the bathroom and still be able to read it.I purchased this alarm clock/timer combo product for my shower, and after less than six months it stopped working. It would randomly begin to go off and it would also start setting a timer for 100 minutes and then going off on its own, unprompted. The display would also go in and out as well, making it difficult to read I contacted the company for a replacement and got it about two weeks ago (long arrival is because it came from their factory in China). Now this replacement timer is refusing to initiate timers now using the "1 minute" button so I can only check the clock and set timers for 10 minutes and above. The "1 minute" button for timers between 1-9 minutes just does not respond to touch at all. The clock still works, though. At this point I'm just going back to using timer apps for my phone and my bathroom Bluetooth speaker. Recommend that you do not buy this product because it does not have a long shelf life.Product is just what I needed! It’s not like suction cups are a foreign concept to me, but I could be wrong. I wet the suction cup, made sure the glass was completely clean: no moisture, no dirt, no soap scum, etc. I placed on the suction cup, made sure was secure, waited awhile, checked again, and then hung up the timer. I left the bathroom, folded a load of clothes, walked back into the bathroom, and found it on the ground. The screen completely shattered, and the LED readout was all oddly “inky,” like a ‘80s calculator smashed after a math exam on the last day of the 7th grade.Water got in it and fried it. Lasted about 3 weeks. Not waterproof, not good!
