We've had them for several weeks and put them on every evening and they are still on the same batteries that we initially installed.After seeing my daughter's mantle decorated with pretty LED candles with a remote control and I loved them. While searching on crate and barrel and some other home good stores, these were the most unique and the real wax outside makes it look just perfect. The hemp is a really nice addition and is well done.A word about the company or Amazon, I was upset when the first set arrived with a cracked part of the wax candle on the top of one of the candles, caused by the outer box being crushed during shipping. I told Amazon the problem, they sent out a new set of candles at no charge with a return shipping label to send the old ones back within 30 days. I really love great customer service and return policy of this company.I ordered 2 of this product.then paid for 2 more which I didn’t order. I sent back a return order because it Wes defective. Instead of sending it back...... I was charged for another order of candles. I don’t know what is going on. I love these candles butI want it done RIGHT! I would like to buy more of them in the future. I have a daughter, Christa is VERY SICK, they basically can’t help her anymore. And my husband Adrian, has prostate cancer. I saw them in the bedroom and they look really nice. It added a nice ambiance to the bedroom. People can write negative reviews out of spike. It’s hard to tell what their real issues is. So I would say buy them. If you don’t like them just return them. It’s your choice. I happened to enjoy them and going to order a pair for my birthday next month.I really like this product. The candles flicker like a real flame. It's what I was looking for. At first when I used the remote with a 2 hr. delay, only 2 of the 3 candles went out. So I turned them all off on the bottom then turned them back on and used the remote to turn off. Then I reset the 2 hr delay and it worked fine. On the remote there is a setting for Light and Candle. Not sure what this means because I don't see a difference when I hit either button. I would purchase these again.I bought these a couple of months ago and use daily - the remote with time is great and the flame actually looks like it’s flickering! One of the best products I’ve bought on Amazon and true to the description. Packaged well too for delivery.I got these as a Christmas gift. They are cute and are durable. Kids have dropped them a few times and not a scratch
