MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT THIS WATCH IS WITHOUT QUESTION THE WORST PURCHASE & TECH SUPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERACTIONS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ON AMAZON. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PYLE PRODUCT NOR WILL I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM DEALSBUY2015 EVER AGAIN. If I could give this product ZERO stars I would. I have had mine for a bit more than 5 months. MY EXPERIENCE has been the following: 1. Watch arrived with a dead battery. 2. Many small electronics, including watches that require 3 volt batteries have an easy access door for replacing the battery. Not so with this watch. There are 6 tiny screws and at least one side of the wrist band that must be removed. Once inside, another incredibly tiny screw must be removed. Fortunately, I had the correct tools. My guess is most people would not have. Pyle's tech support guidance; bring it to a jeweler for battery replacement. This is a sports watch, not a Cartier. 3. The wind gauge is not even close compared with professional equipment and measured at the same location including altitude. 4. Good luck reading this watch in the daylight; it is almost impossible. Taking time to find shade when timing is of the essence is certainly not ideal. 5. As of this writing, the watch face does not register ANY values. The battery has been tested and was found to be excellent. A brand new replacement battery was installed, but still no values can be seen...none. I know the battery works because alarms randomly turn on for periods of time ranging from a single beep to non-stop beeping until a button or combination of buttons are pressed. 6. Calls to PYLE TECH SUPPORT were always met with an answering machine but no return call was ever received. They close at 3pm on Fridays and are not open on the weekend. 7. The seller, DEALSBUY2015, was only responsive as to tell me they would not refund or exchange. They told me to call Pyle for a warranty repair...I did...and again, I was met with an answering machine that disconnected me before I could leave a message. I would not buy again, however, you may have a different experience. Good luck.
