The fan tech exhaust system is super quiet (you can read my review of it). This allows you to set a timer of 10, 20, 30, and 60 minutes so that it will turn off automatically.The plastic used for this product is pretty flimsy, and we only just installed it a week ago. I will report back once we've lived with the product for a while.
