This is not an accurate picture of the product. The one shown in this listing looks very clean and sleek, but the actual timer I received (labelled Model 80510) has "ON-OFF" printed in black letters below the display and there is a translucent oval button below that, which lights up red when the outlet is on. The door does not cover these up, as the top of the door is below the button. It looks very industrial compared to the photo. I wouldn't have bought it if I had seen what it really looked like--it's pretty inelegant compared to most Decora in-wall timers. Not that the description claims it has a backlight for the display, but I was surprised that it didn't--it's pretty much a standard feature on every other in-wall timer I've seen. That would have been a much better use of an LED than having an "on" indicator--if you're using the timer for room lights, it will be pretty obvious if those lights are on or off.I will say it is super easy to install and program and it had essential features for me:1) Ivory-colored faceplate (not white or almond).2) A manual mode which deactivates the timer completely (not simply overriding it temporarily) and allows you to operate the lights manually all of the time without the timer being involved. All of the timer settings remain intact so you can switch back to timer mode when needed.3) No continuous backlight glow all night (but, ehh, that's because it doesn't have a backlight). I prefer having a backlight, but one which only comes on temporarily when you push a button.4) UL listed (although I would settle for CSA, ETL, TUV or any recognized safety testing agency). So, anyhow, I did end up using it, though I'm not as happy as I would have been if it really looked like the photo. While the Product Description claims it has a replaceable NiMH back-up battery, there is no information at all about that (although it does clearly have power-fail back-up) and the only way I can see you'd be able to replace the battery is to take the timer apart. If that's the case, well, that's hardly convenient and a lot of timers out there could claim their battery is replaceable as long as you don't mind shutting off the power, removing the timer from the wall and taking the case apart. Also, FYI, it's country of origin is China (which I expected), although Amazon lists it as USA.
