Bought two. One was put in a garage probably not more than 30 feet from window, but it was always always lousy reception took super long to respond while 2/3 of the time said offline, then after 20 minutes messing with it might finally respond. Also almost every other day it would just stop responding or just not work. Then I'd go out in the evening the dark, which was the whole point of putting in the garage anyway SO i Wouldn't be in the dark walking into the garage. But spent nearly every other day resetting, pushing the arm up and down to get it to work, and it never worked on the first reset usually two or most often Three resets. And then to have to pay more for extra accessories just be be able to use toggle switches, with a hub that really doesn't work that well, just makes this a really expensive toy not worth to use if you really need and not reliable. Don't recommend, unless you have extra money you just want to burn.It worked great for all of 5 days. The last time it was activated, it pushed but stayed in the down position and wouldn't reset. Returning. It works good and love the app let's u control it the way you want to.This item requires an app. That app is no longer available or is functioningThe device would not pair to the hub, and the company's website does not allow you to contact them, at all, for any tech support whatsoever. Returning. Junk.Don’t waste your moneyI don't know if this is standard for these type of switches, but when I try to initiate it via the app, it has a few seconds of delay where it needs to make a connection. then once it's connected, i've got to initiate the command again in order to actually activate the button. There's anywhere between a 1-10 second delay in connecting, too... which triggers it to fail with siri's shortcuts integration. If there is a setting to keep the connection alive, in low power, I'm not aware. But what I do know is that if you're patient, and you simply wait the 10 seconds, you can turn something on or off via the app.. here's the thing though, is that delay a deal breaker for you? For me, i'm considering swapping it out with something a little more responsive. on the plus side, there is a significant amount of control in terms of how the lever actuates. You can control things down movement, sustain time, or the type of action, whether it acts as a click (down then back up) a switch (persistent state of down / up) or custom which allows you to set up a series of movements, Again, my only complaint is that it's not an instant connection, but rather something I have to wait for it to connect to before it works. Not a super deal breaker, but definitely not convenient. Either way, it does work.Basically, you stick it next to the button that you want pressed. Using the Adaprox app you can program a schedule to have the button pressed at set times every day.It could be useful but mine stopped working after one week (battery is ok), so I have to give it a failing grade.Update:For some unknown reason it started working again. I have no idea why it stopped working in the first place but it's doing the job now. Not sure if I can rely on it because I'm concerned that it stopped working once, it could stop working again. 3 stars .アプリでタイマーを設定しようとするとアプリが落ちて使い物になりませんでした。カスタマーセンターに問合せしても返答もなく、購入してとても残念です。
