I tried turning this on and using it for over a day b/c My desk in the office is right under a vent. I had this on and I don’t know what funky smell was coming from it but it would not go away and it stunk. Returned!To use on our glassed in back porch.Work’s great and It’s so hard to find one like this with a timer. I highly recommend!This little heater warms up my bathroom within a few minutes. My daughter says it's a beast of a heater...lolIf you're getting this for camping with an extension cord or generator, don't. It pulls too much power and will likely blow your set-up. That said, it's great for use in sticks-and-bricks. I use it in my office and it warms the whole room up perfectly! Tip-over sensor works great. Does not get too hot to move. The handle on top actually works well if you want to hang it somewhere, but keeping it on the floor will get you the most heat for your buck.
