It's a good little travel clock. Space-saving. Closes flat. Nice, large display. Seems to keep the time, calendar, temps well BUT... but...HOW TO SET THIS THING IS A DISASTER. It is the absolute least user-friendly, most non-intuitive setting programming I have ever seen in a digital clock!!! The worst. 'Hit this button to get to that feature, hit this other button 3x for it to do this. Then hit this other button 4x for it to do that. Hit up, then down, then set, then "snz" 62 times to make it program that thing...' And heaven forbid you accidentally set the alarm. If you lose the little direction pamphlet, you'll never figure out how to make the alarm go away. It's not the worst buy, but either keep the directions forever, scan it, file it away, pin it to the wall, whatever. Don't lose it or you'll want to throw this thing out the window. I kept mine, thankfully, and I find the clock useful. However, when this thing dies - would I buy it again? NOPE.Nice travel or at home clock, just wish it had a backlight. The screen is nice size and clear. But the instructions NEED HELP. There are no directions to choose 12/24 hour. And the reset button is not marked. I had to go to youtube to see it, but the 12/24 hour is not marked or clear. The directions online are ok but the buttons are backward so watch for it.I needed to replace a small kitchen clock/timer and and am so pleased that I found this time. It arrived well-packed and is easy to set up and program. One word of warning, though. This is a 24-hour clock, so you may need to adjust to the fact that 8 p.m. will be 20:00 hours.I love this travel alarm clock! It's the perfect size, it fits nicely in my purse for travel. I like that the fonts are nice and large for easy viewing. So far, it keeps perfect time, and it's easy to operate. The only reason I did not give this clock five stars, is because it does not have a back-light. I cannot see the fonts in the dark. Other than that, I still recommend this travel alarm clock. I use it on my desk just beneath my ultra-wide monitor.I like this little clock but there is one huge problem - the instructions are terrible, and it’s next to impossible to figure out how to set the clock on your own. By reading one of the reviews and playing with the clock for 30 minutes, I finally got everything working. This is what you need to know:1. You change the temp from Celcius to Fahrenheit via the “Down/CF” button (all buttons are on the back of the clock)2. You will use the mode button to select the time or the alarm. So, click the mode button until you see the time. Then you will click the .“Set” button repeatedly to advance to the hour, minutes, year, month and day and when each of these are selected you will use the “Adj/Up” and the “Down/CF” buttons to make changes to the default settings. For example, to set the time, click the mode button until you see the time display. Now click the “Set”button and you will see the hour number flashing. This means it is selected and you can change it by clicking the “Adj/Up”button to increase the hour number and the “Down/CF” button to decrease the hour number. After you change the hour, click the “Set” button again and the minutes will flash. Again use those up and down buttons to change the minutes. Click the “Set” button again to select the year. (What can be confusing is that the selection of the year looks like you may be changing the clock to a 24 hour display, but it’s the year you are selecting). Again, use the up and down buttons to change the year. Finally, click the “Set” button again to select the month, use the up and down buttons to change the month, and then click the “Set” button again to select the date number and use the up and down numbers to change that.3. When you are setting the time and “am” does not display, this means you are in pm. I kept thinking there would be a way to select “pm” but there isn’t, and I also thought that pm would display, but it doesn’t.4. There is no way to change the day of the week. Once you have selected the time, the year, and the month and date, the clock will display the correct day.I’m old school and I like to just glance over and not search for my cellphone to see the time. I’m using this in my bathroom to replace the constantly ticking wall clock. I need a clock in there to keep me on track in the mornings and this one doesn’t take up much space on the vanity. I love that it shows the day, temperature and date as well. I chose this model because it does not have a backlight. I like to keep things very dark at night. The only quirk is that the “up” button is below the “down” button. It makes it awkward to set the clock, but not impossible. I was able to set the clock without the directions but just couldn’t get the day right. I thought I was going to have to return it. But after actually reading the directions and viewing their helpful video, I was able to set the year, thus get the right day. I like it so much, I’ve already purchased another (1 week later) for my sun porch. The temperature reading is going to come in really handy out there!I appreciate that this clock goes beyond just telling time. It provides the date, temperature and even day of the week. That said, it can be difficult to set up and requires a bunch of steps. The hinges on this clock are not particularly strong and have already broken.I originally wanted this so I could see the display at night and to replace my corded alarm clock/radio which was taking up space on my nightstand. Since the backlight is so dim (and pretty much illegible in the dark) I ended up not using it.Large, clear numbers. Light weight. Looks good. Took a bit longer than I thought to set up.But all sorted thanks to a 10 year old granddaughter. She worked it out in 5 minutes. Does come with a sheet of written instructions.Happy with purchase. Value for money. Can not set time or get it to work at allJUNKGreat little digital clock with temperature and alarm. We've had the same model for over 12 years, and it's still working but a little faded (lives in the kitchen). Runs on a CR3032 battery for ages. If u want a simple to set, easy-to-read clock and alarm consider this one.Práctico. Con información sencilla pero entendible. Hora fecha, año y temperatura y alarma . Facil de poner en funcionamiento.
