I'm sure these look great displayed in a candle holder to add ambience but I needed something that I could carry with me from room to room if the power goes out. Most people would say use a flashlight but if you have cats they tend to think it's time to play. So these are a great alternative solution. Very light to carry and give off a decent amt of light. Plus if my hands are fully I can always stick it in my cleavage and still have the light I need to see to walk.I really like these little candles. I would have preferred some type of candle holder with it…I still really like these. I love the remote control and the timer. To be able to set them for 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours at a time and know that they will go off is great.I like rhe real wax coating around the candle. The flame is pretty good for being plastic.These candles are AWESOME!!!!! They look so realistic!!! I Absolutely Recommend them!!! There are so many cool functions with the remote as well!!!I like these candles. They are so cute. They even flicker like real candles. Very useful for power outages as well.These are pretty cool. But one of the candles came with the wick bent. It doesn’t “flicker” or move like it’s supposed to. I’ve seen some more expensive ones that look a bit more realistic, but for the lower price these are good. I just wish the flickers was a little bit more pronouncedI do love real candles but there are many times where they aren't very practical. These have a great feel and many color lights to choose from and you don't have to worry about fire or going back to put them out if you set the timer. Thinking about buying another set!
