Download the app "Cozylife", turn on the mobile phone Bluetooth, use smart plug and long press switch button. Need switch button lights to turn blue and keep flickering (indicates that the smart plug inputs pairing status). Click "+" in the upper right corner to enter the add device page, first select "Bluetooth Devices", enter the next page, and then select "Device has buttons", select the bottom text circle to display blue √ "confirm device is in pairing state" and enter the next step, enter the pairing page. When the page shows "add device successfully", click "Finish" and the pairing is successful. You can use the smart plug normally. Important Tips: You must turn on the mobile phone Bluetooth !!

Picked these up specifically because they're Zigbee and ideally should work with SmartThings, however, when they're added through the app they're found very quickly, but they register as a "Thing" that does nothing.... I had to go in to the SmartThings IDE website, find the device and select the correct type "Zigbee switch". For some reason, the type was a "2015 Samsung Smart TV", which caused it not to work at all. Once I fixed it there, they work just fine.I purchased for use in my home assistant automation. This unit works as expected, not issues at all, will purchase a couple more for a few other devices I wanted to control. These outlets and nice and small with a flat front. Perfect for hiding behind bookshelves. It's worth noting that these outlets use the Zigbee protocol, feels more stable than the socket connection I bought before, this is great!
