This gym timer clock is great. It has huge easy to see numbers and loads of features. It is fairly easy to program as long as you follow the directions. It has a number of options that you can customize to your liking. For example there is an hourly tone, and there is a date and temperature display. The remote is a nice size and easy to understand how to operate. There is a RGB light on the bottom of the timer that you can control independently. You have to go through all the color choices to turn in off, but other than that it is nice.All in all, it is a nice clock.timer and I'd recommend it.
