It worked as advertised. Consultes YouTube to see how folks installed them. This helped me avoid delays. The item had clear lables for things but the videos helped make the little things less of a concern.Our washer had quit agitating on the gentle cycle (only). This new controller fixed it.Whirlpool should have called it a CONTROLLER , not a "timer".
