I have a couple of other fans from Smaair and Carro, generally very happy with them. This "new" model falls short on quality. The blades are made of plywood and light is plastic, which looks just like cheap plywood and plastic when the fan is hung. Definitely looks like a $150 not $300 fan.I hope Carro isn't on a cost cutting campaign with their new products. This fan is easily the best in my house. It is very quiet and provides good air circulation throughout the whole room. The LED lighting is easily customizable to suit your needs. the remote control makes it easy to turn on and off the lights from bed. This was easy to install and works great with my google home app. The motor is quiet and this moves a lot of air. I am very happy and satisfied with this fan. It seems well made and it was very well balanced right out of the box. I recommend this fan, it is a great fan for this price range.I was looking for a ceiling fan to put in the garage. Living in the desert and having a car 12 years old, I wanted something to cool the car down faster and this fan has been great. I just pop the hood, turn the timer on to a couple hours and it takes care of everything. Just make sure you put this in a fan rated box. That's the #1 mistake people make. I am very happy with the fan.My favorite part, the cool factor. The lights can be dimmed, color temp adjusted, fan speed adjusted, fan direction adjusted, a "nature" setting that alternates speeds, and on off operation for the light/fan.Smart, sleek modern design. Easy to install, great features and convenient remote control.I got this to update our current fans but won’t be using it. It just looks incredibly cheap! Plus, I ordered 56” and got the smaller version. There are better looking fans on the market at a similar price point. Skip on this since the modern look doesn’t make up for the super cheap look.
