Circuit is well made. Specs on the relay should be plenty capable of running the AC pumps I bought this for. Its a mechanical relay that should be fine for this use. Came with no instructions on the jumper versus delay time. I searched online and found the time delay table info that was not included. Also found that the trigger works by just using a momentary switch to connect the trigger terminals to start the time countdown. Hitting the button again while counting down restarts the timer. No additional voltage needed to trigger. Looks like there is a built in 5v already in the trigger circuit.. Soldering the jumpers to set the delay worked great. The green LED lights and stays on during the delay countdown. Seems like a nice simple heavy mechanical relay to run a recirculation pump for a set time that I needed. Other than the quirks with instructions it looks like a solid time countdown relay circuit.April 2, 2022 update. Been using the circuit as a countdown timer to run a hot water recirculating pump daily. A single pole normally open push button switch is used to trigger the start for the pump to run. Working great. Upped the recommendation to a 5 star.
