My Intermatic T103 series stopped turning itself on, but would turn on when I flipped the switch myself. I did a little research online and figured it must be the on switch, as it would still turn itself off. The on switch did look a little worn anyway. Sure enough that was all it was! I replaced both switches for good measure and it works great now! Such a cheap and easy fix, which is rare as a pool owner.
