My only reason its 4 stars is theres no off button for power.This is the most difficult timer to program I have ever used. The instructions are almost useless. The steps are not intuitive. I checked an on-line video and they move so quickly that I can't follow it. (I am a senior, so maybe that is the problem...this is possibly made for people in their 20's?) Amazon Customer Support was able to walk me through changing seconds to minutes and minutes to hours, but when my power went out, I lost it. Now I have to program it again. It's been sitting there for more than a month. I work on it every few days and still have all setting at minutes and I need one for 4 hours. I have been using my iPhone timer for 4 hours. Pity when this should be able to do it.I just want some WRITTEN instructions in ENGLISH. Is that too much to ask?One other comment: when it says "loud" it really means LOUD! Even the lowest setting is far too jarring for this old lady. I put electrical and duct tape over the speaker and I can still hear it any place in the building. And when I am in the kitchen, it could damage my hearing.Does a great job. The cord could use some better anchoring to the timer it self other than that it works good.It is pretty. Doesn't do us any good without instructions.This timer is awesome! I bought the 6 button timer and have had zero problems with it! I use this at my restaurant and haven’t burnt or forgotten anything during morning prep since! I love the adjustable times and volume. It was a bit tricky to understand, but once I learned it it’s been smooth sailing. I hightly recommend.easy to pre-program, and we are good to goThis device will not hold for 24 hours, even though it can be programmed that way.
