Very easy to install. Even bought an additional sensor to have hot water ran to another sink. Using it with a Kasa smart plug instead of the built in timer and running automations via Home Assistant. Have it linked to certian light switches in my home to turn on for a certian amount of time and have it set to run during certain times during the weekdays and weekends in the morning. No more wasting a ton of water and time to take a hot shower. The only thing I don't like is hot water will run out of the cold water line for a minute on the sink with the sensor, but I kinda expected that. Still it is worth this minor issue to have instant hot water and way cheaper than having a return line plumbed. It takes about 15 minutes in my home for the hot water to warm up two sinks, but the runs are long. Obvoiusly less sinks and a smaller home this will take less time. I highly recommend this, and if paired with a smart plug and some smart light switches you can reduce hot water waste when your not home or not using hot water.
