Correct figment for my GE dryer. Resolved heating issue on Easy Care setting. Does not rotate as easily as the original timer.I received the item very quickly. The installation was easy and took about 15 minutes. I noticed the circle thingy is smaller than the original part (WE4M365) but checked with GE and this is the correct part (WE4M527). The current part supersedes the original. My dryer still worked but the shaft had been broken for about 5 months now and pliers were no longer working. Everything worked well for two days then the knob turned as if the shaft was stripped. The shaft is not stripped, however after playing close attention there is a slight difference in shaft size. The original knob does not properly fit onto the replacement timer shaft. Now I need to buy a new knob and hope it fits. Also, the timer sound when switching cycles is not like before (click). It sounds springy, if that makes sense.Part fit fine and was easy to install but it only lasted a year. Expected durability to be better for the priceI liked that the part pictured matched my current part and arrived quickly. Extended the life of our dryer!Product came quickly and fixed my issue. The knob froze up on me and wouldn’t turn anymore, even tried using pliers. This one was $20 cheaper then on ge website and came much faster then their shipping would even offer. Clips were a pain to get off because there is a tiny locking mechanism in the center, so it’s not as easy as just pulling off with needlenose pliers, but after finding a tiny flathead was able to pop them and change quickly after that. It was a manufacturer part as well and not aftermarket. Works great and fixed the issue.Easy to install. I had to also buy a new knob it was only $5. Fixed the dryer for $75 dollars.
