Pros:The noise level on this fan is good. I bought this to use in my bedroom because it has a timer on it and it works well so I don’t have to have it running all night. Customer service was helpful when I had a question.Cons:parts of the instructions were written in “broken English “ and were difficult to understand and follow. The ring that goes around the fan covers is really difficult to put on by yourself. It took me 40 minutes so I recommend having 2 people for that part of the assembly.I needed a fan that worked and the price was right.I really like this fan. Very easy to install. And very nice and elegant. Most importantly, the wind is strong enough. I'm very pleased with this purchaseThe "remote" does not work, I would like a replacement. How do I contact the manufacturer?Very quietThe fan is quiet although not very powerful lights do not work which makes it very hard to read the dial dark grey on black.the fan does go up but in dowward direction it stays pretty straightforward fan is ok but not worth the cost of having to turn the lights on in the house to see the settings up close.due to no lumination but not going to go through the hassel of a return the price i paid im disapointed the lights dont work and the pivot on the fan only goes up not down on the highest setting its not very strong
