I have another of these timers which I like very much. The one just purchased had two faults: one of the screws holding the battery cover was stripped, and the packaging has already been opened. I suspect that the original purchaser was not able to install the battery due to his/her stripping one of the two screws holding the battery cover.If you purchase one of these times make sure it is NEW!Thanks
